摘要
随着老年人口比例逐年上升,我国非营利性养老机构已经无法高效服务于现有银发消费群体,民办养老机构深度参与养老服务行业势在必行。民办养老机构面临着严峻的政治、经济、社会和技术等环境挑战,其行业竞争环境变化莫测,若想更好地把握机遇,必须对其所处的外部环境进行深入了解和分析,在此基础上探索对应策略,以期未来实现利润转化。
Aging rate has been ascending with years,and the elder group has already revealed different demands from the past years.However,the existed non-profit nursing institutions designed for the ageing group are no longer likely to satisfy such demand,determining the necessity to involve non-governmental nursing institutions in the industry.The current macroenvironment such as political-regulatory factors,economic factors,social factors and technological factors has created an unpredictable competition environment for non-governmental institutions.Thus,it is imperative to conduct a thorough analysis on these factors for non-governmental nursing institutions to compete in the market.
