政治社会化视域下课程改革的伦理诉求 被引量:3

Ethical Demands of Curriculum Reform from The Perspective of Political Socialization

摘要 从八次课程改革的经验来看,课程改革经常从轰轰烈烈走向步履维艰,这不仅昭示着课程改革的复杂性与艰巨性,同时也凸显着课程改革存在结构和规则方面的缺陷。要深刻理解这些矛盾,首先要对课程改革的本质进行剖析。从政治社会化的视角对课程改革进行解构和分析,课程改革本质上是权力、制度、秩序破除和再造的博弈过程,在这一博弈的过程中,存在权力失约、制度失衡、秩序失范等伦理困境。为解决这一困境,需要做到:优化课程改革的权力配置,彰显课程改革权力的民主与正义;凝结想象的课程发展共识,追求课程改革制度的公平与公正;明晰行政介入的界限范围,维护课程改革秩序的自由与和谐。以上这些应成为课程改革的伦理诉求。 The past eight curriculum reforms have gone through a vigorous to arduous process,which not only show the complexity and arduousness of the curriculum reform,but also highlight the structural and rule-related defects of curriculum reforms.To deeply understand these contradictions,we need to first analyze the essence of the curriculum reform.From the perspective of political socialization,the curriculum reform is deconstructed and analyzed.The essence of curriculum reform is the process of power,system and order breaking down and rebuilding.In this process,there are ethical problems such as power anomie,system deviation,and order imbalance.Therefore,optimizing the power allocation of curriculum reforms,highlighting the democracy and justice of curriculum reform power,condensing the imaginary consensus of curriculum development,pursuing the fairness and justice of curriculum reform system and clarifying the boundaries of administrative intervention,and maintaining the freedom and harmony of curriculum reform order should become the ethical demands of curriculum reforms.
