美国教师教育领域高影响力学者及其影响力扩散研究 被引量:3

Research on the Highly Influential Scholars and Their Influence Diffusion in the Field of Teacher Education in the United States

摘要 关注实践作为当前全球教师教育的价值取向,推动着教师教育领域学者走近实践、影响实践。基于2017—2018年度"里克·赫斯美国教育学者公共影响力排名"等,本文重点分析了美国教师教育领域高影响力学者的名单及排名、影响力扩散路径与影响力扩散原因。研究发现,美国教师教育领域共有八人进入高影响力学者名单,多数学者排名位于前列;影响力扩散路径较多,主要扩散路径有谷歌学术等;影响力扩散原因主要为关注教师教育政策、形成高影响力学者合作网络、跨越身份的界限与主动借助多渠道扩散影响力。为了更为深入地影响实践,教师教育领域学者应通过多种方式关注与影响教师教育政策,构建高影响力学者学术社群,且争取在相关领域的机构中任职,主动通过多维路径扩散影响力。 As the value orientation of the current global teacher education,paying attention to practice impels scholars in the field of teacher education to approach practice and influence practice.Based on the 2017/2018 RHSU Edu-Scholar Public Influence Rankings(RHSU),this paper focuses on the analysis of the list and the ranking of highly influential scholars in the field of teacher education,the path of influence diffusion and the reasons for influence diffusion.The study revealed that:there are eight people in the field of teacher education in the United States have entered the list of highly influential scholars,and most of them are in the front rank;there are many paths of influence diffusion,and the main path of influence diffusion is google scholar;influence diffusion is mainly caused by focusing on the policy of teacher education,forming a cooperative network of highly influential scholars,crossing the boundaries of identity and actively diffusing influence through multiple channels.In order to influence practice more deeply,the scholars in the field of teacher education should focus and influence teacher education policies in various ways,construct a highly influential scholars’community,strive to serve in the relevant institutions and actively diffuse influence through multi-dimensional paths.
