摘要
中世纪大学是近现代大学的滥觞,是中世纪社会环境特有的产物。行会是中世纪西欧最为显著的经济组织和社会组织。为了维护自身权益,巴黎城教师和学生效仿其他行会,组建学人共同体。学人共同体通过同王权、教权和城市博弈,取得特许状,使其以法律形式确立法人社团和获取诸多特许权,实现了自我保护和自我管理。
The medieval university is the origin of the modern university.It is a unique product of the social environment in the Middle Ages.Guilds were the most prominent economic and social organizations in Western Europe in the Middle Ages.In order to protect their own rights and interests,Teachers and students emulated other guilds to form a guild of scholars in Paris.The community of scholars obtains the charter through the game with the royal power,the teaching power and the city,so that it can establish an independent corporate university and obtain many privileges,as well realize selfprotection and self-management.
