既有线高填土涵洞接长施工防护方案研究 被引量:3

Study on Protection Scheme for Long-stay Construction of High-filled Culverts

摘要 以新建邯济铁路至胶济铁路联络线工程为研究背景,通过对高填土涵洞施工力学的分析,利用有限元软件对既有线高填土涵洞接长施工过程中涵洞两侧路基的防护措施进行研究。结果表明:现行的几种力学分析公式与数值模拟得出结果有出入;针对高填土涵洞接长施工防护,施工前在既有路基接长侧采用对称布置人工挖孔桩对既有路基进行防护,在路基较远处采用H型钢进行防护,数值模拟得出涵洞并没有发生较大的位移,路基沉降在合理范围之内。在接长施工对既有线的安全运行影响的允许范围内,该防护措施可对相关高填土涵洞接长施工防护优化做参考。 Based on new construction from Hanji railway to Jiaoji railway tie line project as the research background,adopts the manual digging pile support method,through the analysis of the construction mechanics of high-filled culverts,the finite element software ANSYS was used to study the protective measures of the roadbeds on both sides of the culvert during the construction process of the high-filled culverts,and the stress and displacement cloud maps of the high-filled culverts were respectively established,the high-filled culvert stress,displacement cloud map,subgrade deformation cloud map and artificial digging piles stress and displacement cloud map were established respectively,and the construction process was comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the maximum stress and numerical simulation of the culvert obtained by several current mechanical analysis formulas are different.In view of the long construction protection of high-filled culverts,the existing roadbeds are protected by symmetrically arranged artificial digging piles on the long side of the existing roadbed,and H-shaped steel is used for protection at the farther away from the subgrade.Numerical simulations show that the maximum equivalent stress of the high-filled culvert is 490.9 kPa,and no large displacement occurs.The maximum settlement value of the subgrade is 92.0 mm,which is within a reasonable range.The six artificial digging piles can withstand the same shear stress,but the closer they are to the culvert,the greater the displacement.Within the allowable range of the effect of the extension construction on the safe operation of the existing line,the protection measures can refer to the optimization of the construction protection of the relevant high-filled culvert.
