摘要
针对现有光电门计时落球法测量液体粘滞系数实验存在需校准光电门、多次测量需取出小球、只适用于透明液体等问题,提出利用智能手机磁传感器测量液体粘滞系数的实验方案.采用弹簧振子在待测液体中做衰减振动,利用手机磁力计间接测量衰减振动的周期,从而测量得到待测液体的粘滞系数.实验结果表明,测得的蓖麻油粘滞系数相对误差为3.2%,与相同实验条件下落球法结果相当.相比落球法,本实验方案具有操作简单、可测量不透明液体粘滞系数等优点.
An experimental scheme for measuring liquid viscosity coefficient with smartphone magnetic sensor was proposed,so as to solve the problems of the photoelectric gate timing and falling ball method to measure liquid viscosity coefficient,such as calibration of photoelectric gate,must be take out the ball for multiple measurements,and just suitable for transparent liquid.A spring oscillator is used to vibrate damping with time in the measured liquid,and the period of attenuated vibration is measured indirectly by the phone magnetometer,so as to obtain the viscosity coefficient of the liquid.The results showed that the relative error of the viscosity coefficient of castor oil was 3.2%,which was equivalently to that of the falling ball method under the same experimental conditions.Compared with the falling ball method,the proposed scheme has the advantages of simple operation and can measure the viscosity coefficient of opaque liquid.
