摘要
本次新冠肺炎疫情对中国物流业产生了前所未有的冲击,也对全球供应链形成了巨大的挑战,这暴露出我国应急物流体系还存在突出短板,全球供应链体系还比较脆弱。为此,需要加快构建新型应急物流与应急供应链体系、主动应对国际物流变化与全球供应链重构、大力推动智慧物流发展与现代供应链变革、不断完善中国物流与全球供应链治理机制。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on logistics industry in China,and it has also formed a huge challenge to the global supply chain.It has revealed that the domestic emergency logistics system still has outstanding shortcomings and the global supply chain system is still relatively fragile.Thus,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new emergency logistics and emergency supply chain system,actively respond to international logistics changes and global supply chain reconstruction,vigorously promote the development of smart logistics and modern supply chain reforms,and continuously improve the governance mechanisms of domestic logistics and global supply chain.
