摘要
在智慧经济与创新驱动背景下,高等学校迫切需要对物流工程专业进行智慧创新化转型。结合教育部高等学校物流管理与工程类专业教学指导委员会2021年调研数据,本文从"标准链—组织链—目标链—信息链"四链集成视角进行调研,对物流工程专业转型痛点与难点进行分析总结。研究表明:当前我国高校物流工程专业转型痛点与难点主要集中在信息链建设不完善、缺乏转型效果信息反馈机制,教学内容、产学研合作制度、师资结构亟须调整,转型标准不完备,资源整合不合理等方面。因此,在四链集成视角下促进物流工程专业转型,要大力加强信息链建设,搭建政府、企业以及高校间的全国性综合信息交流平台;成立专业部门进行转型信息的收集、整理分类及分析处理工作,并制定有效的转型效果信息反馈机制;加强师资团队建设、开展教学内容智慧创新升级、扩展多种形式的产学研合作方式;加强转型标准建设,特别是产业转型标准建设,细化标准点,完善人才培养标准;在师资队伍、实习实践基地、教学软件以及教材的建设等方面增加资源投入。
With the trend of smart economy and innovation-driven,colleges and universities need to carry out a smart-and-innovation reform in logistics engineering.Based on the data from the Education Steering Committee of logistics management and engineering major in the institutions of higher learning of the Ministry of Education in 2021,we research the smart-and-innovation reform problem from a new perspective called“four-chain integration system”,which includes standard chain,organization chain,target chain and information chain,and analysis the pain points and difficulties of logistics engineering major reform.By doing this,we find out that pain points and difficulties of the logistics engineering major reform mainly focus on:information chain construction is imperfect;there is no feedback mechanism of reform effect;teaching content,industry-university-research collaboration and teaching group structure need to be adjusted immediately;reform standards are imperfect and resource integration is unreasonable.Therefore,to promote the reform of logistics engineering major from the perspective of four-chain integration,we suggest to make more efforts on the information chain and build up a national comprehensive information platform among government,universities and enterprises;set up a professional department to collect,classify and process information of reform,formulate an effective reform effect feedback mechanism;strengthen the construction of teaching group,carry out intelligent and innovative teaching mode,develop different industry-university-research collaboration forms;strengthen the construction of reform standards,especially the construction of industrial standards,elaborate the standard points,optimize the talent training standards;make more investment in teaching group,students’practice base,teaching software and teaching materials.
