摘要
目前我国国外火电项目逐渐增多,且多位于欠发达地区,火电项目的反恐及安防逐渐引起业界内的关注。通过对火电项目自身特点的分析,结合以往火力发电厂反恐安防经验和相关设计规范的研究,得出国外火电项目反恐安防设计的设计思路及设计要点。
At present,the number of overseas thermal power project located in the less developed areas has been increased,and the counter-terrorism and security of the project have gradually arouses the concern of the industry.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of thermal power projects,combines the experience of counter-terrorism security and relevant design specifications of thermal power plants in the past,design ideas and design key points on counter-terrorism foreign thermal power project are obtained.
