Some problems in the design of wind farms in the south of the Yangtze River

摘要 江南地区具有洪涝水位较高、水塘多、淤泥质土不均匀分布等特点,分析了风电场设计过程中施工期新建施工道路遇到水塘时的做法和改扩施工建道路需要注意的问题及解决办法;运营期检修道路的设计原则;水塘内的风机吊装平台在运营期拆除时应考虑风机基础的保护用地;以及风电场升压站布置过程中场平标高的确定;升压站内电缆沟排水等若干问题及解决方案。 The Jiangnan area is characterized by high flood level,many ponds,and uneven distribution of silty soil.This paper analyzes the wind farm design process what to do when a new construction road encounters a pond during the construction period,and the problems and solutions that need attention during the reconstruction and expansion of the road,and design principles for road maintenance during the operation period.When the fan hoisting platform in the pond is removed during the operation period,the protection land of the fan foundation,the determination of the field elevation during the layout of the booster station of the wind farm,several problems such as the drainage of the cable trench in the booster station and the suggested solutions should be considered.
