摘要
针对华东地区常用220kV四柱钢管杆,选取典型杆型进行结构及杆件受力分析,获得其应力分布情况,发现钢管杆主杆存在明显的y轴方向弯矩远大于x轴方向弯矩的特征。从改变主杆截面强弱轴的角度出发,通过选用椭圆形主杆截面,试算了长短轴比例分别为1.5∶1及2∶1两种情况下的主杆选型结果。与原圆钢管对比,主杆的整体重量明显降低,长短轴1.5∶1及2∶1情况下分别降重9.7%及14.7%,主杆截面优化效果明显,具有明显的经济效益。
To optimize the steel consumption of four-column steel tube pole,this paper selects a typical type of 220 kV pole to study the internal force distribution of the whole structure and specific member.The results show that the bending moment in Y-axis direction is far much greater than that in X-axis.From the idea of changing the strong and weak axes of the main rod section,the elliptic tube section is selected to study the influence of major-minor-axis-ratio on selection results,and the major-minor-axis-ratio is set to be 1.5:1 and 2:l.The results show that compared with the original round steel tube,the overall weight of the main rod is significantly reduced,the weight is reduced by 9.7%and 14.7%,when the major-minor-axis-ratio is set to be 1.5=1 and 2:1.
