摘要
对单仓储量5万t的环式给煤机大型储煤筒仓的结构布置和受力特点进行了研究,结合仓顶皮带机通道,取消了内环筒,分析了筒仓在各种堆煤、温度作用下的内力和变形特点,分析了普通钢筋混凝土、预应力钢筋混凝土和防屈曲钢板仓壁结构的特点,对比了不同厚度仓壁在各种工况作用下的内力变化。
The paper combines practical engineering to study the structural layout and stress characteristics of a large coal storage silo with a single storage capacity of 50000 tons for a circular coal feeder.Combined with the conveyor channel at the top of the warehouse,the inner ring cylinder has been removed.It analyzes the internal force and deformation characteristics of the silo under various coal stacking and temperature effects.It also analysis the reinforcement characteristics of the warehouse walls of ordinary reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete structures.The internal force changes of different thickness warehouse walls under various working conditions are compared.
