摘要
目的了解湘潭市城区中小学校卫生室及校医配备现状,为进一步加强卫生室及校医队伍建设提供参考。方法将湘潭市城区内74所中小学校全部纳入调查对象进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述与统计分析。结果湘潭市城区50所寄宿制及600人以上的中小学校中,卫生室设置率为14.0%,校医配备率为60.0%,中学的设置合格率明显高于小学(χ~2=5.203,P<0.025),按照《学校卫生工作条例》中600:1校医配备要求,校医配备合格率仅为6.0%。城区中小学校学生与效益的人数配比例仅为1971:1。此外,湘潭市城区中小学校校医队伍还存在年龄偏大、学历职称偏低等情况。结论湘潭市城区中小学校卫生室设置比例低,校医数量严重不足,队伍结构有待提高。建议通过完善现行学校卫生法律法规、修订学校卫生保健机构工作职责、依托国家基本公共卫生服务、创新校医聘任模式,加强校医队伍建设,保障学校卫生工作有序开展。
Objective To investigate the Current situation of clinics and school physicians equipped in primary and secondary schools in the urban area of Xiangtan city,and to provide reference for strengthening the construction of clinics and school physicians in primary and secondary schools.Methods 74 primary and secondary schools in the urban area of Xiangtan City were all surveyed,and the survey results were described and statistically analyzed.Results Among the 50 primary and secondary schools with boarding and more than 600 students in the urban area of Xiangtan City,14.0%were equipped with school clinics,60.0%schools had at least one school physician and the rate of school physician in middle schools was obviously higher than that in primary schools(χ~2=5.203,P<0.025).Only 6.0%schools had at least 1 school physician per 600 students.An average of 1971 students shared 1 school physician in urban schools.In addition,there were still some problems in the school physician team,such as older age,lower academic qualifications and professional certificates.Conclusion Clinics and school physicians equipped in primary and secondary schools in the urban area of Xiangtan City were seriously insufficient,and the structure of school physician team needed to be improved.It was suggested that school health could be carried out orderly by improving the existing school health laws and regulations,revising the responsibilities of school health care institutions,relying on the national basic public health services and innovating the appointment of school physician.
