摘要
目的调查江苏国境口岸吸血蠓的种类。方法采用紫外灯诱法在南京机场、常州港、常州机场、泰州港、扬州机场、连云港港、淮安机场7个国境口岸采集吸血蠓。结果共捕获吸血蠓2属9种286只。调查显示尖喙库蠓、原野库蠓、荒川库蠓、异域库蠓为江苏口岸吸血蠓的主要种类,其中尖喙库蠓为优势种,占34.97%。结论初步了解江苏国境口岸吸血蠓的种类。
Objective To investigate the population composition of blood-sucking midges at ports in Jiangsu.Methods In 2021,the ultraviolet light traps were used to collect blood-sucking midges at 7 ports in Jiangsu including Nanjing Airport,Changzhou Port,Changzhou Airport,Taizhou Port,Yangzhou Airport,Lianyungang Port and Huai’an Airport.Results A total of 286 blood-sucking midges belonging to 2 genera and 9 species were captured.Culicoides oxystoma,Culicoides homotomus,Culicoides arakawai and Culicoides peregrinus were the main species of blood-sucking midges,dominated by Culicoides oxystoma accounting for 34.97%.Conclusion The population composition of blood-sucking midges at ports in Jiangsu are preliminarily understood.
