摘要 API Spec 5L《管线管》和DNVGL-ST-F101《海底管线系统》是HFW海底管线钢管常用的执行标准,而这两个标准对HFW海管无损检测的要求不尽相同。通过对比分析这两个标准的最新版本在无损检测范围、人员要求、检测时机以及分项检测要求等方面的差异,为相关人员提供借鉴和参考。分析认为:两个标准对HFW海管无损检测要求存在一些差异,DNVGL-ST-F101:2017比API Spec 5L:2018规定的更加具体细致。在海管管材设计时应以这两个标准作为基础标准,并增加补充要求以完善HFW海管无损检测技术要求。 API SPEC 5L Line Pipe and DNVGL-ST-F10 Submarine Pipeline Systems are common execution standards for HFW offshore steel pipe,but these two standards have different requirements for NDT of HFW offshore steel pipe.By comparing and analyzing the differences between the two standards in terms of the scope of NDT,personnel requirements,testing timing and individual testing requirements,the paper provides reference for relevant personnel.The analysis shows that there are some differences between the two standards in NDT requirements for HFW offshore steel pipe,in general,the NDT requirements of DNVGL-ST-F101:2017 are slightly higher than those of API Spec 5L:2018.These two standards should be taken as the basis in the design of marine pipe materials,and supplementary technical conditions should be put forward to improve the NDT technical requirements of HFW offshore steel pipe.
