摘要
互联网+医疗服务正进入跨时代发展进程,互联网药事服务模式也越发受到关注和重视。文章在阐述互联网药事服务的内涵和流程的理论基础上,结合自身医院管理优势,深入分析互联网药事服务管理实践在药品目录、电子处方、药师人力、综合监管等方面存在的主要问题,并提出相应优化对策建议,以期为医院互联网药事服务的高质量发展提供技术支持和决策依据。
Internet plus medical service is stepping into a trans-era development process,and pharmaceutical service on the internet has also attracted increasing attention.Based on the theoretical explanation of the connotation and process of pharmaceutical service on internet,and combined with hospitals’own management advantages,this paper dives into the main problems existing in management practice of pharmaceutical service on internet including drug catalog,electronic prescription,pharmacist manpower,comprehensive supervision,etc.Countermeasures were proposed to offer technical support and decision-making foundation for the high-quality development of pharmaceutical services on internet in hospitals.
