摘要
AHV-IV 364型可控震源如果驱动系统没有大修或更换总成部件,正常行车情况下,前后驱动泵通过PLUS+1的自动电流分配其输出驱动压力基本是一致的。但在实际生产使用过程中,驱动系统常常会因为泵EDC零位出现偏移,泵马达总成部件更换或马达排量伺服控制油道被油污堵塞造成前后桥驱动力不一致,从而致使震源在任何一档行车速度比较慢,爬坡无力。针对这些问题,本文详细介绍一套切实可行的驱动控制系统调整方法。
If the driving system of AHV-IV 364 vibrator is not overhauled or the assembly components are replaced,under normal driving conditions,the front and rear driving pumps through the automatic current distribution of Plus+1,and its output driving pressure is basically the same thing.However,during actual production and use,the drive system often causes the drive force of the front and rear axles to be inconsistent due to the deviation of the null position of the pump EDC,replacement of assembly parts,or the servo control oil passages of motor displacement is blocked by foreign matter,which makes the vibrator driving speed slowly at any gear and the gradeability is weak.Aiming at these problems,this article introduces a set of practical adjustment methods of drive control system in detail.
