摘要
我国境内及全球数10个国家爆发了新冠肺炎疫情,目前尚无特效药物和疫苗。军队人员密集,且勤务和训练负荷较大,是呼吸道传染病易感人群,应重点防护。现对新冠肺炎流行病学特征的研究进展进行综述,并重点分析不同强度运动对机体免疫力促进或抑制的双向调控效应。进而从运动强度控制、免疫空窗期防护、碳水化合物和铁的补充、心理应激应对等方面探讨疫情期间官兵军事训练防护策略。
The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 is occurring at home and abroad.In present,no specific drug and vaccine are available for treatment.The military are characterized with high occupancy and heavy training load.The soldiers are susceptible population to respiratory infectious diseases,and should be specially protected.In this article,the research progress was introduced on the epidemiology of corona virus disease 2019.The relationship between immune system and exercise was also analyzed so as to explore the relevant mechanism underlying immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects.Furthermore,the protective strategies for military training were discussed during the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019,including exercise intensity control,protection during immunosuppressive period,carbohydrates and iron supplement and psychological stress.
