摘要
随着世界人口老龄化日益严重,阿尔兹海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者人数也随之增长,而现阶段人们对于AD的病因以及致病的机制仍没有找到答案。大量研究证实,人口老龄化、遗传基因、炎症介质、感染等都可能会引发AD。近些年随着不断深入研究发现,牙周病也会是诱发多种人体系统性疾病的高危因素,同时证明AD的出现也有一定因素是因为牙周病产生炎症细胞和免疫反应。由于牙周病可能会导致AD的发病,因此现就牙周病诱发AD的可能机制及其相关性的研究做一综述。
The number of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is increasing by the aging of the world population. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of AD are still unclear. A large number of studies have shown that the occurrence of AD is related to population aging,genetic genes, inflammatory mediators, infection and other factors. In recent years, periodontal disease has been proved to be one of the high risk factors of systemic diseases.At the same time,more and more studies have proved that periodontal disease triggers AD through the production of inflammatory factors and immune responses, and periodontal disease is closely to AD. This article reviewed the possible mechanism and association between periodontitis and AD.
