摘要
基于扎根理论的视角,通过访谈三类人员,对军队数字化专业技术人才进行三级编码分析,构建基于品质、学识、技能、能力、精神、创新六个要素的军队数字化专业技术人才画像。通过标准画像和现实画像对比,为军队数字化专业技术人才成长发展提供自我诊断工具,并围绕六个要素对应提出加强理想信念教育、完善专业知识体系、强化岗位实践锻炼、突出大项任务锤炼、健全奖惩激励机制、优化成长环境模式的培养路径。
Based on the perspective of Grounded theory,through interviews with three types of personnel,we conduct three-level coding analysis of military digital professional and technical personnel,and build a portrait of military digital professional and technical personnel based on six elements:quality,knowledge,skills,ability,spirit,and innovation.By comparing standard portraits with real-life portraits,a self-diagnostic tool is provided for the growth and development of military digital professional and technical talents.Based on six corresponding elements,a training path is proposed to strengthen ideal and belief education,improve professional knowledge system,strengthen job practice training,highlight major task training,improve reward and punishment incentive mechanisms,and optimize growth environment models.
