摘要
以某单位装备保障能力评估为研究对象,结合大数据技术和系统评估分析方法,研究建立装备保障能力评估参数指标体系,构建基于模糊分析方法的单因素评估模型和基于神经网络分析方法的综合评估模型,为相关建制单位开展装备保障能力评估提供一种有效的工具和方法。
The research object is the evaluation of equipment support capability of a unit.Combining big data technology and system evaluation analysis method,the paper establishes a parameter index system for evaluating equipment support capability,and constructs a single factor evaluation model based on fuzzy analysis method and a comprehensive evaluation model based on neural network analysis method.The study provides an effective tool and method for relevant units to conduct equipment support capability assessment.
