摘要
                
                    农民工终身职业培训是农民工个人就业发展内在需要和社会经济转型发展的必然要求。当前我国农民工培训存在培训内容供需错位的现象,究其原因,既有培训顶层设计的问题,也有培训组织的问题,关键原因在于培训内容不符合农民工工作实际需要,缺少需求调研和培训体系建设,因此建议结合网络技术进行调研、基础测试和课程体系推荐,提高培训的针对性和灵活性。
                
                Lifelong vocational training is essential for migrant workers’individual career development as well as socio-economic transition and development.However,there exists a disparity between requirement and supply of training contents,which is mainly due to the improper top-level design and training organization.It is suggested to carry out survey,proficiency tests and curriculum recommendation taking advantage of internet technology,in order to meet the actual learning requirements of migrant workers and to improve the pertinence and flexibility of training.
