摘要
企业作为教师实践工作的主体,其接收教师企业实践的积极性和主动性是决定教师企业实践制度执行效果的重要因素。由于激励政策供给不足,利益需求未能满足,主体地位未落实,企业主观积极性不高,因此,必须通过完善制度保障,提升校企合作效益,构建企业主体参与机制,提高教师企业实践的实效性。
As the main part of teachers’practice,enterprises play an important role in implementing teachers’practice system depending on their enthusiasm and initiative in the process.However,due to unsatisfactory incentive policies,the interest demand has not been met,the role positioning is unclear,and the enterprises’initiative is lacking.It is suggested that by improving the guarantee system,the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation shall be improved,the mechanism of enterprise subject participation is to be constructed,and the effectiveness of teachers’enterprise practice can also be improved.
