摘要
凹印技术作为重要的印刷加工方式,在接装纸生产中发挥着关键作用。然而,当前凹印版制作存在诸多挑战,如版材质量不稳定、制版工艺参数不精确等,影响着印刷品的质量和生产效率。对凹印版制作工艺技术进行优化具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨凹印版制作工艺技术的优化方法,通过材料、工艺参数和设备等方面的优化,提高凹印版制作的精度和效率。
Gravure printing technology,as an important printing processing method,plays a crucial role in the production of adhesive paper.However,there are many challenges in the current production of gravure plates,such as unstable plate quality and inaccurate plate making process parameters,which affect the quality and production efficiency of printed products.It is of great significance to optimize the production process technology of concave printing plates.This paper aims to explore the optimization methods of gravure plate production technology,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of gravure plate production through optimization of materials,process parameters,and equipment.
