摘要
苗族蜡染作为中国传统手工印染技艺之瑰宝,其点蜡和染色工艺所产生的冰裂纹效果乃是其一大特色。本研究主要是针对蓝染工艺和蜡性能对苗族蜡染中冰裂纹效果影响的探究。通过染色技术中的浸渍与氧化过程试验,以及对单蜡和混合蜡的熔点、熔程和防染后白度等要素展开研究,分析实验数据和最终呈现的冰裂纹效果,并将实验结果运用在现代蜡染艺术设计和创作中。
The Miao batik is a treasure of traditional Chinese manual printing and dyeing technology.The ice cracking effect caused by wax and dyeing process is one of its major features.This study is mainly aimed at exploring the effect of blue dyeing process and wax properties on ice cracking in Miao batik.Through the impregnation and oxidation process test in dyeing technology,as well as the melting point,melting range and anti-dyeing whiteness of single wax and mixed wax,the experimental data and the ice crack effect presented in the end are analyzed,and the experimental results are applied in modern batik art design and creation.
