摘要
N.K.杰米辛是美国著名非裔科幻作家。近几年来,国外文学界对杰米辛的作品进行了多角度研究,其成果主要集中在以下四个方面:从资本主义、殖民主义、消费主义和种族主义的角度剖析作品对美国当下社会现实问题的批判;运用物质生态批评、后殖民生态批评、心理分析、叙事技巧等多重视角探讨作品中蕴含的生态意识和环境关怀;借助非洲未来主义视野和乌托邦概念深入探究作品中书写的黑人未来愿景;利用女性主义理论分析作品中身体与性别的表征。但研究存在文本美学研究不足、研究视域有待拓宽以及研究对象单一等问题。这些不足或可成为杰米辛研究学者未来的探索方向。
N.K.Jemisin is a prominent African-American female novelist.In recent years,foreign studies on Jemisin’s works have been made thoroughly and profoundly in four major areas:The critique of contemporary American social issues in Jemisin’s works from perspectives of capitalism,colonialism,consumerism,and racism;the exploration of Jemisin’s ecological consciousness and environmental concern through material ecocriticism,postcolonial ecocriticism,psychoanalysis,and narrative techniques;the examination of Jemisin’s visions for the black’s future through the lenses of Afrofuturism and utopia;and the analysis of body and gender representation in Jemisin’s works through feminism.However,the survey also indicates the need for the focus on narrative aesthetics,the exploration of potential research perspectives,and the attention to Jemisin’s early works and short stories.These aspects can serve as future research directions for Jemisin critics.
