摘要
为了进一步提升闲置宅基地的盘活利用效率,促进闲置宅基地与民宿、农家乐等乡村休闲产业的良性耦合发展,采用演化博弈的分析方法,研究闲置宅基地休闲化利用过程中政府、企业、农户三方主体不同的策略选择。结果表明,无论最初采取何种策略选择,最终三方主体采取两两合作或者三方合作能有效提升闲置宅基地盘活利用效率,其中三方合作能实现闲置宅基地盘活利用效益最大化。
In order to further improve the utilization efficiency of idle rural residential land and promote the benign coupling development of idle rural residential land with the rural leisure industry such as home stay and farmhouse entertainment,the analysis method of evolutionary game is adopted to study the different strategic choices of the government,enterprises and farmers in the process of leisure utilization of idle rural residential land.The results show that no matter what kind of strategy choice is adopted at the beginning,the utilization efficiency of idle rural residential land can be effectively improved by two or three parties’cooperation,and the utilization benefit of idle rural residential land can be maximized by three parties’cooperation.
