摘要
闭环管理作为一种较先进的管理方式,已在大学生职业能力培养方面得到了重视与运用。当前的大学生职业能力培养存在一系列现实困境,将闭环管理理念更好地融入学校育人工作中,明确育人目标,建立政行企校家协调育人体系,完善沟通反馈与调整机制,构建全过程育人闭环链条,创建终身学习制度,有利于开辟育人新路径、加强育人成效、提升职业认知、确保职业教育的实效性,从根本上提升大学生的职业能力,促使其实现全面发展。
As an advanced management pattern,close-loop management has been valued and applied in the cultivation of vocational abilities of college students,where various practical difficulties currently exist.Therefore,it is conducive to integrate close-loop management into college education,determine education objectives,establish a more coordinating education system among government,enterprises and colleges,perfect feedback and adjustment mechanism,construct a close-loop management chain of whole-process education and set up a lifelong learning system.In this way,a new path of education will be pioneered,the education effect will be enhanced,the vocational recognition will be improved,and the effectiveness of vocational education will be ensured,which will improve the comprehensive abilities of college studetns so as to help them to fulfill the all-round development.
