摘要
本研究以红十字国际委员会(ICRC)的年度报告为研究对象,借助语料库检索工具AntConc,量化分析指示中心内部实体与指示中心外部实体在话语空间中的趋近化关系,以实现自身合法化。研究发现,ICRC机构话语具有独特的话语特征:从词汇和地理位置两个角度建构空间趋近化;时间趋近化体现在情态动词和完成时态中;价值维度中,借助文字和可视化表征实现自身行为合法化。本研究拓展了趋近化理论的应用范围,加强了其阐释力,为公共话语的解读和分析提供了新的理论视角。
This study attempts to improve the application of Proximization Theory(PT)in the humanitarian discourse of the annual reports of the International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC).The quantitative analysis of the relationship between the inside deictic center(IDC)and the outside deictic center(ODC)is to legalize the ICRC’s action with the concordance tool of AntConc.The results show that the discourse of the ICRC annual reports is unique.The analysis demonstrates the proximizaiton strategies from three dimensions of spatial proximization,temporal proximization and axiological proximization so as to verify the explanatory power of PT for public discourse analysis.
