摘要
目的观察乳果糖联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的临床疗效。方法选择2017年8月-2018年10月就诊于福州市马尾区医院内科的IBS-C患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为3组:乳果糖联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊(A组)、乳果糖组(B组)、地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊组(C组)各40例。A组给予乳果糖联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊,B组给予乳果糖,C组给予地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊。4周后比较3组患者治疗前后的排便次数、大便性状改善情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后3组患者排便次数均明显增多,且A组多于B组、C组(P均<0.05);大便Bristol评分3组均有升高,且A组高于B组、C组(P均<0.05)。结论乳果糖联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗IBS-C具有协同增效作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lactulose combined with Bacillus licheniformis live bacteria capsule in the treatment of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C).Methods 120 patients with IBS-C who were treated in the Department of Internal Medicine of Fuzhou City Mawei District Hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected.All patients were divided into 3 groups by random number table method:lactulose combined with Bacillus licheniformis(Group A),lactulose group(Group B),and Bacillus licheniformis group(Group C),each of 40 cases.Group A was given lactulose in combination with live bacillus licheniformis capsules,group B was given lactulose,and group C was given bacillus licheniformis live bacteria capsules.After 4 weeks,the defecation frequency and stool characteristics of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the number of defecations in the three groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,and there were more in group A than in groups B and C(P<0.05);After treatment,the stool Bristol scores of the three groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the group A was higher than the B and C groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactulose combined with Bacillus licheniformis capsules has a synergistic effect in the treatment of IBS-C.
