摘要
蒙医药是我国民族医药的重要组成部分,通过上千年的沉淀,蒙医药形成了稳定的理论体系以及丰富的临床经验,为保护人民的健康发挥着重要作用。然而,蒙医药在发展过程中面临着种种困境,其中对蒙医药的法律保护措施不充分的问题最为突出。尤其是作为蒙医药命脉的蒙药材,不论药材资源还是加工管理的程序都需要法律保护。虽然目前也有部分法律法规已经成为蒙医药的保护依据,但在保护范畴与细节上仍然有不足之处。因此,应多措并举加强对蒙医药的法律保护。
Mongolian medicine is an important component of our national medicine.Through thousands of years of precipitation,Mongolian medicine has formed a stable theoretical system and rich clinical experience,which plays an important role in protecting people’s health.However,Mongolian medicine is facing various difficulties in its development,of which the problem of inadequate legal protection measures for Mongolian medicine is the most prominent.In particular,Mongolian medicine,which is the lifeblood of Mongolian medicine,needs legal protection both in terms of medicine resources and processing management procedures.Although some laws and regulations have become the basis for Mongolian medicine protection so far,there are still deficiencies in the scope and details of protection.Therefore,more measures should be taken to strengthen the legal protection of Mongolian medicine.
