摘要
埃塞俄比亚作为“一带一路”倡议的非洲支点,吸引了大批中资企业赴埃投资。研究着眼于驻埃中资民营企业与职业院校的人才供需关系和职业能力建设,对企业人才所需的能力和埃塞俄比亚职业院校学生所具备的能力展开调研,并利用数据雷达图和系统聚类分析法进行数据分析比较,为该国职业院校及非洲鲁班工坊合作项目提出针对性的人才培养建议。
Ethiopia,as the fulcrum of the“Belt and Road”Initiative in Africa,has attracted a large number of Chinese enterprises to invest in Ethiopia.The present study focuses on the relationship between talent supply and demand as well as professional capability building between Chinese-funded private enterprises and vocational colleges in Egypt.In the study,the author investigated the capabilities needed by enterprise talents and the abilities of Ethiopian vocational college students.With the use of data radar map and systematic cluster analysis,the author further analyzed and compared the collected data.Based on the results of data analysis,the author puts forward targeted suggestions on talent training for vocational colleges in Ethiopia and Luban Workshops in Africa.
