长期乒乓球运动对40~60岁男性持拍侧前臂微血管功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨长期乒乓球运动对40~60岁健康男性持拍侧前臂微血管反应性的影响,一方面从微循环角度揭示长期乒乓球运动对人体的健康促进作用;另一方面为微循环功能的评价提供一种科学、简单方便且无创的方法.方法:26名长期进行乒乓球运动的健康男性作为运动组(50.2±8.3岁),年龄范围相当、人数相同的普通健康男性作为对照组(49.7±7.2岁),对照组人群平时除正常走路等无其他体育锻炼活动;使用第六代(最新一代)双通道激光多普勒血流监测仪(PF6000)对两组受试者优势侧前臂微血管反应性进行测量,测试指标包括血细胞平均运动速度(AVBC)、运动血细胞浓度(CMBC)、微血管血流灌注量(MBP),其中MBP=AVBC*CMBC/100.先进行5分钟的基础值测试(基础值),然后将测试探头加热到44℃并持续10分钟(加热后值),用MBP加热后值较基础值的增加率表示微血管的反应性.结果:运动组MBP基础值小于对照组(9±2VS 10±4),加热后值(112±25VS 99±25)、差值(103±24VS 89±23)差值及增加率高于对照组(1140±261VS 983±387),但无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论与建议:(1)长期乒乓球运动能在一定程度上提高40~60岁男性微循环功能,但与同龄非运动者相比不具有显著差异,这可能与乒乓球运动复杂供能方式、不良生活方式有关,建议进行体育锻炼的同时应养成良好的生活习惯,否则运动干预效应可能弱化.(2)激光多普勒血流检测仪的局部组织加热法评价微血管反应性是研究微血管功能的一种简便、无创的方法,是评价运动干预对微循环效果的一种有前景的技术. Objective:To explore the effect of long-term table tennis on the forearm microvessel responsiveness of healthy men.On the one hand,it reveals the health promotion effect of long-term table tennis on human body from the perspective of microcirculation.On the other hand,it provides evaluation of microcirculation function.A scientific,simple and convenient method.Methods:Twenty-six healthy men who have been playing table tennis for a long time are used as the sports group(50.2±8.3 years old),and ordinary healthy men with the same age range and the same number are used as the control group(49.7±7.2 years old).No other physical exercise activities;the sixth-generation(the latest generation)dual-channel laser Doppler blood flow monitor(PF6000)was used to measure the microvascular reactivity of the dominant forearm in the two groups of subjects.The test indicators include the average blood cell movement speed(AVBC),exercise blood cell concentration(CMBC),microvascular blood perfusion(MBP),where MBP=AVBC*CMBC/100.First conduct a basic value test(basic value)for 5 minutes,and then heat the test probe to 44℃for 10 minutes(after heating value).The rate of increase of the MBP heating value from the basic value indicates the reactivity of the microvessels.Results:The basic value of MBP in the exercise group was less than that of the control group(9±2 VS 10±4),the difference and increase rate after heating(112±25 VS 99±25),difference(103±24 VS 89±23)Compared with the control group(1140±261 VS 983±387),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions and suggestions:(1)Long-term table tennis can improve the microcirculation function of 40~60 year old men to a certain extent,but there is no significant difference compared with non-athletes of the same age,which may be complicated Poor lifestyle,it is recommended to develop good lifestyle while doing physical exercise,otherwise the effect of sports intervention may be weakened.(2)Local tissue heating method of laser Doppler blood flow detector to evaluate microvessel reactivity is a simple and non-invasive method to study the function of microvessels and a promising technique to evaluate the effect of exercise intervention on microcirculation.
