摘要
9-11世纪,中日交往形式发生重大变化,双方交往重心逐渐从官方转向民间。两国官方的交往,自公元847年最后一批遣唐使返回日本到明万历年间册封丰臣秀吉,整整停滞了几个世纪,但作为一衣带水的友邻国家,双方非官方的交流一直未有停歇。官方交往无法复兴,中日各自的新变化、新信息只能通过民间交往的渠道深入到各个阶层,这也使中日交往的重心从官方转移到民间,中日交往的动因从政治转变为经济文化,其中最显著、最具体的变化就体现在中日交往人群上。文中分析了9-11世纪中日交往方式的转变以及中日民间交往的特征,从僧侣、商人、工匠等多个民间领域拼凑出中日民间交往的巨大关系网络,深入探索在中日漫长的交往进程中,民间交流对于官方交往的影响。
During the 9th-11th centuries,a major change took place in the form of Sino-Japanese exchange,with the centre of gravity gradually shifting from the official to the unofficial.While official exchanges between the two countries remained stagnant for several centuries,from 847 A.D.,when the last group of kentoushi returned to Japan,to the Ming dynasty's enthroned Toyotomi Hideyoshi,non-governmental exchange between the two sides have never ceased.As official contacts cannot be revived,the new information of China and Japan can only be penetrated into all classes through non-governmental exchange,which has also shifted the centre of China-Japan contacts from the official to the civil,and the motive of China-Japan exchange has changed from the politics to the economy and culture,in which the most significant changes are reflected in the people.The paper analyses the transformation of the mode of sino-Japanese exchange and the characteristics of non-governmental exchange between the 9th-11th centuries,discussing the network of relationships between non-governmental exchange of sino-Japanese from a variety of people such as monks,sea merchants,and craftsmen,and exploring in depth the impact of non-governmental exchange on official interactions.
