纳米陶瓷基铝电解阳极防氧化技术的工业应用 被引量:5

Industrial application of nano-ceramic-based anode anti-oxidation technology for aluminum electrolysis

摘要 本文主要通过在预焙阳极表面喷涂纳米陶瓷基高温防氧化涂层材料的方法进行阳极防氧化涂层材料的规模化工业应用,并对应用结果进行分析。结果表明:阳极防氧化涂层材料对保持阳极几何外形规整性有较大作用,尤其是在下料处对阳极的规整性保护较好;使用阳极防氧化涂层材料后,涂层阳极比未涂层阳极延长一天换极周期;阳极防氧化涂层材料使用后原铝铁含量保持稳定且可控。 In this paper,the large-scale industrial application of anode anti-oxidation coating materials was carried out by spraying nano-ceramicbased high-temperature anti-oxidation coating materials on the surface of the pre-baked anode,and the application results were analyzed.The results showed that the anode anti-oxidation coating material had a good role in maintaining the regularity of the anode geometry,especially the regularity protection of the anode at the feeding point;with the application of anode anti-oxidation coating material,the coated anode can extend the anode change cycle by one day compared with the uncoated anode;the iron content of aluminum remained stable and controllable after the anode anti-oxidation coating material was used.
