超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端的临床应用价值研究 被引量:2

The Clinical Application Value of Ultrasonic Guided Catheter Tip in Chest Wall Infusion Port with EKG Intracavitary Positioning

摘要 目的分析超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年4月宜宾市第二人民医院常规超声引导下植入胸壁输液港的患者88例为对照组,将2020年5月至2021年4月于宜宾市第二人民医院行超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端的76例患者为研究组,比较两组患者胸壁输液港导管尖端到达最佳位置率、导管尖端一次性最佳位置达到率、并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的导管尖端到达最佳位置率、导管尖端一次性最佳位置到达率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组输液港植入后心率失常发生率、并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端应用于安置胸壁输液港,可以提高胸壁输液港尖端到达最佳位置率,同时还能够降低胸壁输液港植入后心率失常发生率,从而提高患者舒适度,减少患者反复调管的费用和痛苦,值得在临床积极推广使用。 Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasonic guidance combined with EKG endoluminal positioning of catheter tip in chest wall infusion port.Methods A total of 88 patients with chest wall infusion port implantation under conventional ultrasound guidance in the Second People’s Hospital of Yibin City from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the control group,and 76 patients with chest wall infusion port catheter tip receiving ultrasonic guidance combined with EKG intracavascular positioning in the Second People’s Hospital of Yibin City from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research group.The rate of catheter tip reaching the optimal position at the chest wall infusion port,the rate of catheter tip reaching the optimal position at one time,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The optimal location rate of catheter tip,the arrival rate of the optimal location of the catheter tipin study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia and the total incidence of complications after implantation of the infusion port in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided joint EKG positioning chest wall cavity infusion port catheter tip applied in place for chest wall infusion port,can increase the rate of chest wall infusion port tip to reach the best position,at the same time also can reduce the incidence of chest wall infusion port arrhythmia after implantation,thus improve patient comfort,reduce the cost of the patients with repeated adjustable tube and pain,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
