摘要
分析了聚乙烯装置造粒机组生产过程中产生白色颗粒(下称“白粒子”)的原因,通过聚合单元、脱气回收系统和造粒机组等操作参数优化避免了粒料中出现“白粒子”的现象,有效控制聚乙烯粒料产品质量。
The reasons for white particles generated in the pelletizing unit of polyethylene plant were analyzed.By optimizing the operation parameters of polymerization unit,degassing and recovery system,pelletizing unit and other operating parameters,phenomenon of white particles in the pelletizing unit was avoided,and the quality of polyethylene pellets was effectively controlled.
