摘要
肾上腺海绵状血管瘤为肾上腺罕见的的良性肿瘤,多无临床症状。国内外对该病的报道甚少,本文回顾性分析2014—2019年在本院经手术、病理证实的3例肾上腺海绵状血管瘤的CT误诊病例,以提高对肾上腺海绵状血管瘤的认识。
Adrenal cavernous hemangioma is a rare benign adrenal tumor with no clinical symptoms.There are few reports on this disease at home and abroad.This paper retrospectively analyzed the CT misdiagnosis of 3 cases of adrenal cavernous hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from 2014 to2019,so as to improve the understanding of adrenal cavernous hemangioma.
