摘要
目的观察益气滋阴清热方联合限食疗法对2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者糖脂代谢及胰岛功能的影响。方法选择2018年1—12月本院诊治的100例2-DM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗联合限食疗法,研究组在对照组基础上联合益气滋阴清热方治疗;比较两组中医积分,血糖、血脂水平及胰岛功能变化。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组干预后的FBG、PBG、HbA1c、TC、LDL-C、TG水平较干预前及对照组明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血HDL-C水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的FINS、HOMA2-IR、HOMA2-β改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气滋阴清热方联合限食疗法能提高2型糖尿病的治疗效果,改善糖脂代谢水平,提高胰岛细胞的功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Yiqi Ziyin Qingre decoction combined with diet restriction therapy on glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(2-DM).Methods 100 patients with 2-DM got treatment in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,and they divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment combined with diet restriction therapy,while the research group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Recipe on the basis of the control group.The TCM scores,blood sugar and blood lipid levels and the changes of islet function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was better than 80.00%of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01);the levels of FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,LDL-C and TG in the study group were lower than those before intervention and those of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C in the blood increased(P<0.05);the improvement of FINS,HOMA2-IR and HOMA2-beta in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Ziyin Qingre decoction combined with diet restriction therapy could improve the therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus,improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism,and improve the function of islet cells.
