摘要
以双酚A型环氧树脂和双酚A/F混合型环氧树脂为研究对象,采用真空灌注试验和差示扫描量热技术(DSC),探讨预固化温度对其固化放热的影响。结果发现,预固化温度越高,树脂固化达到放热峰值时间越短,峰值温度越高;同一预固化温度下,双酚A型环氧树脂达到放热峰值时间较短,峰值温度较高,双酚A/F混合型环氧树脂放热峰持续时间较长,放热温度变化较为平缓;预固化温度越高,两种双酚型环氧树脂的Tg值越高,同一预固化温度下,双酚A/F混合型环氧树脂Tg值相对较低。结果表明,不同预固化温度对两种树脂固化放热参数均有较大影响,研究结果为工业生产中双酚型环氧树脂的选择与应用提供了科学依据。
Taking bisphenol A epoxy resin and bisphenol A/F epoxy resin as research objects,the effects of pre-curing temperature on the heat release of curing were investigated by vacuum infusion test and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the higher the pre-curing temperature,the shorter the time for the resin to reach the exothermic peak temperature,and the peak temperature was higher;at the same pre-curing temperature,the bisphenol A epoxy resin had a shorter exothermic peak time,a higher peak temperature,while the exothermic peak duration of A/F mixed epoxy resin was longer,and the exothermic temperature change was relatively gentle.The higher the pre-curing temperature,the higher the Tg value of the two bisphenol epoxy resins.At the same pre-curing temperature,the Tg value of the bisphenol A/F mixed epoxy resin is relatively low.The results proved that different pre-curing temperatures have great impacts on the curing exothermic parameters of the two resins.The research results provide a scientific basis for the selection and application of bisphenol epoxy resins in industrial production.
