摘要
为能持续保持管理体系有效运行,企业所期望的不仅是得到一张认证证书,而是以获得认证证书作为全面提高整体业绩的起点,进而追求持久的成功。本实践在深刻理解管理体系标准本质要求的基础上,融入卓越理念,建立源于标准、高于标准,满足企业运行要求的一体化管理模式,目的是使已通过体系认证的企业可以在确保满足认证标准要求的基础上,进一步改进、完善和拓展管理体系,从而扩大认证的绩效,全面提升管控力度,高效支撑企业主体业务发展的需要。
As an enterprise that can continuously maintain the effective operation of the management system,what it expects is not only to obtain and maintain a certificate.Instead,it takes obtaining the certification certificate as the starting point to comprehensively improve the overall performance and pursue lasting success.Based on a deep understanding of the essential requirements of the management system standards,this practice integrates the excellence concept,and establishes an integrated management mode derived from the standards,higher than the standards and meeting the operation requirements of the enterprise.The purpose is to enable enterprises that have passed the system certification to further improve,perfect and expand the management system on the basis of ensuring that they meet the requirements of certification standards.Thus expanding the performance of certification,comprehensively improve control and efficiently support the needs of the main business development of the enterprise.
