基于职场韧性理论的企业员工培训教育策略研究

摘要 在新时期,企业员工面临着诸多的职场难题,如工作与家庭间矛盾冲突、工作变动加剧、职业病高发、岗位轮换频繁等,导致员工压力增大,极易产生对工作绩效、企业效益具有负面影响的心理问题。基于此,文章以职场韧性理论为基础,阐述了职场韧性理论的主要概念及观点,论述了以职场韧性理论为基础的企业员工培训教育情境及贡献,并对以职场韧性理论为基础的企业员工培训教育方案及策略进行了进一步探讨。
