摘要
高校作为人才培养的重要基地,其安全稳定工作不仅影响社会的安全稳定,而且关系国家的安全与经济社会的发展。新时代,党和国家提出了总体国家安全观,这是新时代国家安全工作的指导思想。高校平安校园建设属于总体国家安全观范畴。总体国家安全观更是高校平安校园建设的根本遵循。因此,高校要充分认识安全工作面临新形势新任务,准确把握总体国家安全观赋予平安校园建设的科学内涵,加强党对高校平安校园建设的领导,理顺平安校园建设的机制体制,并从传统领域和非传统领域探索加强高校平安校园建设的内容与路径,着力破解高校平安校园建设的现实困境,确保高校安全稳定。
As an important base of personnel training,the security and stability of colleges and universities not only affects social stability,but also relates to national security and economic and social development.In the new era,the party and the state put forward the concept of overall national security,which is the guiding ideology of national security work in the new era.The construction of safe campus in colleges and universities belongs to the category of overall national security concept.The overall national security concept is the fundamental follow of the construction of safe campus in colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities should fully understand the new situation and new tasks faced by the security work,accurately understand and grasp the scientific connotation given by the overall national security concept to the construction of safe campus,strengthen the party’s leadership over the construction of safe campus,straighten out the mechanism and system of safe campus construction,and explore the content and path of strengthening the construction of safe campus in colleges and universities from traditional and non-traditional fields,so as to solve the problem of high security in order to ensure the stability of colleges and universities,it is necessary to solve the practical difficulties in the construction of safe campus.
