摘要
改革开放40多年来,民营经济的发展取得了巨大成就,成为福建省经济社会实现跨越式发展的重要推动力量.在当前经济新常态背景下,鼓励、引导和支持民营经济的发展,是国民经济发展的主旋律,但存在营商环境有待改善、产业推入有待提升等突出问题.为适应城镇化和区域协调发展的需要,应坚持新发展理念、加强顶层设计、营造优良营商环境、鼓励创新驱动、转变经济发展方式,推动民营企业转型升级,促进民营经济高质量发展.
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in the development of private economy,which has become an important driving force for China’s economic and social development.Under the normal background of the new economy,encouraging,guiding and supporting the development of private economy is the main theme of China’s national economic development.But the business environment needs to be improved,and the industry needs to be promoted.To meet the needs of urbanization and regional coordinated development,it is necessary to adhere to the new development concept,strengthen the top-level design,create a good business environment,encourage innovation to drive and change the mode of economic development,then promote the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises to promote the high-quality development of private economy.
