陕西省与山西省用水消耗时空差异分解效应研究

Decomposition effect of spatial-temporal difference in water resource consumption in Shaanxi Province and Shanxi Province

摘要 陕西省与山西省地处黄河中游下游段,水资源较为匮乏,研究其水资源消耗时空差异的驱动效应,具有一定的现实意义。本文采用对数平均迪氏指数方法建立模型,将用水总量时空差异的驱动效应分解为经济规模效应、产业结构效应和技术进步效应,用水强度时空差异的驱动效应分解为产业结构效应和技术进步效应。用水总量时空差异驱动效应结果表明:①技术进步效应、产业结构效应在大部分年份分别为抑制用水总量上升的主要因素和次要因素,而经济规模效应始终推动用水总量上升;②与其它地区相比,晋中地区、晋东南地区产业结构调整效果较为显著。用水强度时空差异驱动效应结果表明:①陕西省、山西省用水强度在2003—2017年间持续下降,其下降的主要原因是技术进步,其次是产业结构调整;②相比其他地区,晋中地区产业结构较为高级,其他地区产业结构有待提升。 Shaanxi Province and Shanxi Province are located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,and their water resources are relatively scarce.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the driving effect of spatialtemporal differences in water resources consumption.In this study,the LMDI is used to decompose spatial-temporal difference of water consumption into the economic scale effect,industrial structure effect and technological progress effect.The spatial-temporal difference of water consumption intensity is decomposed into the industrial structure effect and technological progress effect.The results of decomposition factor effect of water consumption show that:①Technological progress effect and industrial structure effect are the main and secondary factors that restrain the increase of total water consumption in most years,while economic scale effect always promotes the increase of total water consumption;②Compared with other regions,the effect of industrial structure adjustment in the middle and southeast of Shanxi is more significant.The results of decomposition factor effect of water use intensity show that:①The water use intensity of Shaanxi and Shanxi Province decreased continuously from 2003 to 2017,mainly due to technological progress,followed by industrial structure adjustment;②Compared with other regions,the industrial structure of Jinzhong region was stable higher structure,industrial structure in other regions should be improved.
