摘要
项目管理是在有限的资源约束下,运用系统的观点、方法和理论,对项目涉及的全部工作进行有效地管理。它包括从项目的投资决策开始到项目结束的全过程进行计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和评价的全过程。测绘项目管理是决定测绘项目质量和效率的重要因素之一.为实现高效、规范化的测绘项目管理,引入简道云软件实施项目管理,以数字高程模型更新项目为例,测试简道云在测绘项目实际的运用效果。通过对比使用简道云软件管理项目前后的工时、人力成本和产品质量,证明使用简道云软件能有效提高项目管理的效率和质量的双提升,实现项目管理的精细化、标准化、规范化。同时指出项目管理应注重沟通,不应过分依赖工具而偏离管理的本质。本文证明了简道云作为项目管理工具在测绘项目中使用的有效性,为提高测绘生产质量与效率提供了参考。
Project management refers to the effective management of all the work involved in a project,including the whole process of planning,organizing,directing,coordinating,controlling and evaluating from the beginning of the investment decision to the end of the project,under the constraint of limited resources and using systematic viewpoints,methods and theories.Surveying and mapping project management is one of the important factors to determine the quality and efficiency of surveying and mapping project.In order to achieve efficient and standardized surveying and mapping project management,JianDaoYun software is introduced to implement project management.Take digital elevation model updating project as an example to test the practical application effect of JianDaoYun in surveying and mapping project.By comparing the use of JianDaoYun software project management before and after working hours,labor costs and the quality of the products,proves that using JianDaoYun software can effectively improve the efficiency of project management and the quality of double promotion,implementation of project management refinement,standardization,standardization,and points out that project management should pay attention to communication,should not be too dependent on tools and the nature of the deviation management.This paper proves the effectiveness of Using JianDaoYun as a project management tool in surveying and mapping projects,and provides a reference for improving the quality and efficiency of surveying and mapping production.
