摘要
本文以高要区活道镇为例,利用GIS空间拓扑分析及泰森多边形模型的构建,透过土地利用效率、土地利用结构、土地利用空间布局等指标,剖析拆旧复垦实施前后农村建设用地利用情况,了解拆旧复垦对农村建设用地结构及布局的影响,分析拆旧复垦工作的优化方向。
Taking Huodao Town in Gaoyao district as an example,this paper uses GIS spatial topology analysis and the construction of Tyson polygon model to analyze the utilization of rural construction land before and after the implementation of demolition and reclamation through land use efficiency,land use structure,land use spatial layout and other indicators,understand the impact of demolition and reclamation on the structure and layout of rural construction land,and draw the optimization direction of demolition and reclamation.
