摘要
疟疾是目前严重危害人类身体健康和影响社会经济发展的虫媒传染病之一,以恶性疟危害最大,致死性最强。恶性疟原虫裂殖子表面蛋白(MSP)与其侵入有关,是疟疾疫苗的重要候选抗原,也作为分子标记被应用于疟原虫的分子流行病学研究。亚洲输入的病例主要集中来源于东南亚国家,以缅甸为主。我国输入性疟疾在中缅边境地区较为严重,所以中缅边境地区恶性疟原虫MSP1、MSP2基因分型研究是当前研究热点。本文就中缅边境云南省地区恶性疟原虫MSP1、MSP2等位基因分型研究进展做一综述。
Malaria is one of the insect-borne infectious diseases that seriously endanger human health and affect social and economic development.Falciparum malaria is the most harmful and deadly disease.Plasmodium falciparum merozoite surface protein(MSP)is associated with its invasion and is an important candidate antigen of malaria vaccine.Imported cases from Asia are mainly concentrated in Southeast Asian countries,mainly Myanmar.The imported malaria is more serious in the border area between China and Myanmar,so the genotyping of Plasmodium falciparum MSP1 and MSP2 in the border area between China and Myanmar is the current research hotspot.In this paper,the progress in the genotyping of Plasmodium falciparum MSP1 and MSP2 alleles in the border area between China and Myanmar is reviewed.
