摘要
目的分析广州大学城2008-2020年流感样病例(ILI)流行情况。方法通过广州市突发公共卫生事件监测与预警系统导出并统计分析大学城各高校2008-2020年ILI监测数据。结果广州大学城累计监测流感样病例78865例,门(急)诊就诊总人数2975554人次;2009年大学城流感样病例为历年最高,2020年因新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控流感样病例指数(ILI%)显著降低;2008-2020年广州大学城ILI%显著低于广州市平均水平(t=6.997,P<0.001);除个别周次时间段大学城ILI%高于全市水平外,其余时间段均低于全市水平,且流行趋势与全市大致一致;不同高校流感样病例流行趋势有所差异,部分高于大学城平均水平,但均低于全市平均水平。结论大学城流感样病例整体流行情况低于全市。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology of influenza-like illness(ILI)in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center(Guangzhou HEMC)from 2008 to 2020.MethodBased on the monitoring and early warning system of public health emergencies in Guangzhou,the surveillance data of influenza-like illness from 2008 to 2020 in universities in the Guangzhou HEMC were derived and analyzed statistically.Results A total of 78865 influenza-like illness were monitored in Guangzhou HEMC,and the total number of outpatient(emergency)visits was 2975554.In 2009,the number of ILI cases in the university town was the highest in history,and the influenza-like case index(ILI%)curve decreased significantly in 2020 due to coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)control and prevention measures.From 2008 to 2020,the ILI%of Guangzhou HEMC was significantly lower than the average level of Guangzhou(t=6.997,P<0.001).The ILI%of the HEMC was higher than that of the whole city in a few week periods,but lower than that of the whole city in other periods,and the trend was roughly consistent with that of the whole city.The prevalence of influenza-like illness in different universities was different,some of which were higher than the average level of university towns,but all of them were lower than the average level of the whole city.Conclusion The overall prevalence of influenza-like illness in the HEMC was lower than influenza-like illness in the city.
