摘要
目的探讨血清Th1/Th2细胞因子在骨性关节炎(OA)患者中的表达及意义。方法选取2018年12月-2020年10月新疆医科大学第六附属医院OA患者42例设为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者42名设为对照组。入院后抽取各组空腹静脉血4 mL,经酶联免疫吸附法测定血清Th1/Th2细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-2、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12水平。统计研究组与对照组、不同病情程度OA患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,分析血清Th1/Th2细胞因子与OA患者病情程度关联性。结果研究组IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-12水平高于对照组,IL-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.183、7.698、8.406、5.229,P均<0.05),两组血清IL-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.533,P>0.05)。研究组重度患者IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-12水平高于轻度患者,IL-10水平低于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.206、2.096、3.721、3.323,P均<0.05),研究组不同病情程度患者血清IL-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.825,P>0.05)。IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-12水平与OA病情程度间存在正相关关系,IL-10与OA病情程度间存在负相关关系(P<0.05),血清IL-4水平与OA病情程度间无明显关联性(P>0.05)。结论OA患者Th1/Th2细胞因子表达异常,发生Th1偏移,且各指标表达与病情程度也存在密切关联性。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with osteoarthritis(OA).Methods Forty-two OA patients in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study group,and 42 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.After admission,4 mL of fasting venous blood was collected from each group.The levels of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines,interleukin(IL)-2,interferon-γ(IFN-γ),IL-4,IL-10 and IL-12 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in the study group,the control group and OA patients with different disease degrees were statistically analyzed,and the correlation between serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and OA patients’disease degrees was analyzed.Results The levels of IL-2,IFN-γand IL-12 in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=7.183,7.698,8.406,5.229,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-4 between the two groups(t=0.533,P>0.05).The levels of IL-2,IL-12 and IFN-γof severe patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of mild patients,and the level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that of mild patients(t=2.206,2.096,3.721,3.323,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-4 between different degrees of illness in the study group(t=0.825,P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-12 and the severity of OA,and a negative correlation between the level of IL-10 and the severity of OA(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the level of serum IL-4 and the severity of OA(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in OA patients was abnormal,and Th1deviation occurred,and the expression levels of the indexes were also closely related to the degree of disease.
